「初禾映奢」以現代輕奢作為設計風格主軸，強調材質對話與光影運用。透過細節的堆砌，將自然材質與現代工藝融合，讓空間在美學與機能性之間取得了絕佳平衡。

公共空間採用開放式格局，讓客廳、餐廳與廚房彼此相連，創造動線的流暢性與空間的連貫性。大面積落地窗引入充足自然光，使空間通透、明亮。曲面天花板的設計柔化空間的剛性。內嵌燈光結合點狀光源，營造有層次的光影效果，讓居住者能夠彈性轉換空間氛圍。

全室大量採用淺色木材與天然大理石，兩種異材質在紋理上的和諧與對比，成為空間中的一視覺焦點：木材的溫潤帶來親和力，獨特的大理石則為空間注入細膩與高雅。材質的應用不僅在櫃體與桌面上，牆面、地板的延續應用亦強化視覺的一致性。

在軟裝選配上呼應設計風格，扣緊現代輕奢的氛圍感。例如，餐桌和客廳茶几使用綺麗的大理石；金屬質感的燈具作為點綴，與石材紋理互文；皮革沙發則增添一抹奢華氣息。

本案期待傳達「簡約但不簡單」的設計概念。透過材質的精選、空間的層次營造與家具的細膩搭配，將輕奢美學融於日常生活，創造出一個宜居且具品味的現代住所。

"Pristine Luxe" adopts modern luxury as its core design style, emphasizing “material dialogue” and “light and shadow interplay.” Through the meticulous layering of details, it seamlessly merges natural materials with modern craftsmanship, achieving a perfect balance between aesthetics and functionality.

The public space features an open-plan layout that connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen, fostering fluid movement and spatial continuity. Large floor-to-ceiling windows allow an abundance of natural light to fill the interior, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The curved ceiling design softens the rigidity of the architecture, while recessed lighting combined with point light sources enhances the layered light and shadow effects, allowing residents to flexibly adjust the ambiance of the space.

The design extensively incorporates light-colored wood and natural marble, with the harmonious contrast of these two distinct materials becoming the focal point of the space. The warmth of the wood conveys a sense of approachability, while the unique textures of the marble add sophistication and elegance. These materials are applied not only to cabinets and tabletops but also extend seamlessly across walls and floors, reinforcing visual consistency throughout the home.

The selection of soft furnishings echoes the overall design theme, reinforcing the modern luxury ambiance. For example, the dining table and coffee table in the living area feature exquisite marble surfaces, while metallic light fixtures serve as subtle accents that complement the veining of the marble. Meanwhile, leather sofas add a touch of opulence, enhancing the overall refined aesthetic.
